PURPOSE: Provided is a skipping rope which can show calory and body fat consumed by exercising using the rope, whereby a user can exercise according to his/her body conditions. CONSTITUTION: The skipping rope includes an input device(606) for inputting data with respective conditions of a user such as sex, age, body weight, etc.; a counting device(604) for counting the number of skipping of the user; a display device(603) for showing the result of exercise such as the number of skipping, consumed calory, consumed body fat, exercising time, etc.; a storing device for storing a reference data based on a statistical data; and a central processing device(601) for calculating the consumed calory and body fat according to the exercising by comparing the reference data with the number of skipping and exercising time and displaying the result through the displaying device.
