Proposed compounds are characterized by improved stability if aqueous media simultaneously retaining their selectivity and therapeutic efficiency. Method of preparing heptapeptide oxytocin analogs, pharmaceutical composition containing thereof, method of preparing the composition, and method of treating premature birth are also provided.
