SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing preliminarily prepared apple and black currant pulp, bee honey, salt, Lambert nut core, eleuterococcus extract, lipid-containing extract of Pythium gracile microorganism biomass, oat flakes, and water; providing homogenization, sublimation drying and packing of the resultant mixture in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetically sealed package manufactured from composite film material of Maylar type. Method allows new fruit dessert product with balanced content of basic nutrient substances to be obtained. Such product is suitable for use in independent subsistence conditions. EFFECT: simplified method, wider range and improved quality of fruit dessert products.
