SUBSTANCE: static balancing of blades is effected before mounting the blades on rotor hub and according to results thus obtained, blades are distributed on hub to ensure balancing of centrifugal forces. Trimmers of each blade are turned through angle corresponding to amount of deviation of blades tip from average amount of sagging of rotor blade set. Length of rods of wobbler plate is corrected depending on atmospheric parameters for value corresponding to amount of deviation of averaged magnitude of angle of twist of each blade of set.
