plant oil refining, particularly, freeze-out of wax substances. SUBSTANCE: method includes cooling, crystallization, exposure, heating and filtering of oil. Oil is cooled by introduction of cryogent vapors into it up to beginning of crystallization of wax substances. Then, phospholipins are crystallized with their subsequent separation and filtration. Further on, oil is returned for cooling. Crystallization of wax substances is carried out up to temperature of oil thickening. Exposure is effected during oil thawing out to temperature of relaxation (reversing) of wax substances into oil with their, subsequent agglomeration. EFFECT: intensified freeze-out process, increased yield of wax substances, reduced losses of product and power consumption for production of fully purified (salad) oil. 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex
