PURPOSE: To provide a seedling transplanter whose seedling planting device is firmly supported on a mobile body even in a seedling transplanter provided with a seedling planting device for two or more rows. CONSTITUTION: A mobile frame construction of a seedling transplanter for two-row planting comprises a main frame 14 which links a group of frames such as pipes 15, 17, 15a, 30a and the like supporting the legs of the seedling transplanter, and a handle 6, and the like. Further, the frame of the lightweight two-row transplanter can be constructed with a monocoque frame having the following structure: a frame 110 on which a left-sided seedling planting device 1b (L) is placed is fixed on the main frame 14, and further a plate 111 is fixed on the frame 110. The fixing of the frame 110 can prevent the torsion of the main frame 14 due to the weight of the planting device 1b so that a strong frame construction is achieved.
