The container (1) is assembled of a cylindrical housing (11) with an inner frame (12) providing two separate storage compartments (123) and various bridges between them, serving as partitions (122). A third compartment (21) is located at the front of the container (1) in order to accommodate the vertical elements of the extending handle (22) and the wheel support bars (25) when folded. The upper part of the wheels (3) is accommodated in a recess (131) located at each side of the lower area (13) of the container (1) when folded in, while the lower area still touches the ground. The device can be moved with folded wheels (3) and short handle (22). When the handle (22) is extended the wheels (3) unfold automatically and lift the container (1) into a raised position.
