power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine is installed outside heat source. It is hermetically sealed vessel made of heat conducting material and formed by two concentric walls with partition in between dividing the vessel into inner and outer areas and filled with liquid working medium, for instance, water, with air cushion. Engine has turbine, electric generator made so that stator is secured on partition at turbine level, and windings of rotor are found in turbine. Atmospheric air is used as cooling medium which simplifies design of engine and does not require energy for cooling of working medium.
