SUBSTANCE: the method consists in application of gypsum mass on the textile material, the gypsum mass on the textile material, the gypsum mass consists of semi-water gypsum and alcoholic solution of medical butvar-phenolic adhesive ‡È-6 at a relation of gypsum and solution equal to 2:1 with a subsequent heating up to the complete removal of the solvent. EFFECT: enhanced quality of gypsum bandages due to impossibility of hydration of semi-water gypsum because of the absence of water at production of gypsum suspension, acquisition of the antiseptic property of gypsum bandages because of uniform distribution of the dry residue of medical butvar- phenolic adhesive ‡È-6 possessing this property, enhanced plasticity of gypsum bandages and consequently reduced shattering of gypsum powder due to the plasticizing agent included in the composition of butvar-phenolic adhesive ‡È-6. 1 ex
