PURPOSE: A serial data register circuit is provided to operate portions of output data of a write register in a line decoder by adopting the one write register and the line decoder, and to transmit serial data by a demanded serial device, so as to perform a write operation for the corresponding serial device. CONSTITUTION: A data transceiver(210) transmits 8-bit write data(DATA7-0) to a data bus. An address decoder(220) generates a register selection signal(CS) according to an input address. A write register(230) is enabled by the register selection signal(CS) in the address decoder(220) to latch output data of the data transceiver(210), and outputs serial data(SDA) and serial clock(SCLK). A line decoder(240) operates output data(D6-D4) of the write register(230) to decide one of output data ports(01-08), and transmits the output data(SDA) of the write register(230) through the decided output data port.
