PURPOSE: A semiconductor device with signal line arrangement structure is provided to be capable of improving a setup/hold window and a skew and securing a high-speed operation of a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal lines are connected between a signal providing part and a signal receiving part on a semiconductor substrate. The longest signal line connected between the signal providing part and the signal receiving part is formed to have the largest width. The shortest signal line connected between the signal providing part and the signal receiving part is formed to have the least width.
