PROBES FOR DETECTING ISONIAZID RESISTANT MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS

PURPOSE: Provided is a probe which is used for the rapid and accurate detection of the resistance or sensitivity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to Isoniazid(INH) used as an anti-tuberculosis agent. CONSTITUTION: The probe contains an oligonucleotide of SEQ ID NO:1 or its mutant type oligonucleotide of SEQ ID NO:2, and/or an oligonucleotide of SEQ ID NO:3 or its mutant type oligonucleotide of SEQ ID NO:4. It detects the resistance or sensitivity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to Isoniazid(INH) used as an anti-tuberculosis agent, and also can be used as a probe of a DNA chip.
