PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for producing mixed noodle by steam heating method and a method for producing noodle confectionery using the same mixed noodle, thereby promoting consumption of domestic agricultural products and meeting consumer's taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing mixed noodle comprises the steps of: processing crops, fruits, medicinal herbs and tea leaves into juice or powder type; mixing their juice or powder with wheat flour and kneading the mixture; pressing and forming the dough to produce noodle strips; steam-heating then cutting the noodle strips into a length of 2 cm and a width of 1 cm; and frying them. The fried noodle strips may be further processed by adding glutinous starch syrup and sugar water thereinto and coating them with spices or confectionery powder, in which the medicinal herbs are Cnidium rhizome, yam and Lycium chinense MILL. |
