The lubricating device includes a lubricating tube (3) mounted between the belt discs (1, 2) and containing a movable valve pipe which in the event of changing lubricating pressure is moved or turned relative to the lubricating tube. Valve openings in the valve pipe each open different spray openings in the lubricating tube depending on the axial and radial position of the valve pipe relative to the lubricating tube. The axial mobility of the valve pipe relative to the lubricating tube is restricted by a temporary stop and end stop. A spring between the valve pipe and lubricating tube presses them against each other at the temporary stop.
