CONSTITUTION: A gate terminal GTM formed on the end part side of an effective display region is a laminated structure film having a molybdenum alloy thin film g2 on an upper layer of an aluminum alloy thin film g1. A gate line GL in the effective display region is a laminated structure film having an aluminum oxide thin film AOF on an upper layer of the aluminum alloy thin film g1.
