PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the assembly cost of a workbench turning device and lighten a workbench. SOLUTION: This workbench turning device 30 has a winch mechanism 31 in an upper end of a vertical post 19. The winch mechanism 31 has a winch motor 41 or the like, a three-throw valve 51 is provided in the vicinity of the motor to control its operation. An articulated arm 33 is provided to be freely moved to turn in an upper part of the vertical post 19, a turn motor 53 moving the articulated arm 33 turned is provided in its base part, a turn valve 55 is provided in a bottom surface 33b in a tip end side of the articulated arm 33. A rotary actuator 65 making an oscillating motion of a work bench 35 is provided in a tip end of the articulated arm 33, an oscillating valve 67 is provided near the rotary actuator. The work bench 35 has a work bench lift device 69, the work bench lift device 69 has a work bench lift cylinder 73 driving it, a lift valve 75 is provided in the vicinity of the lift cylinder. The valves 51, 55, 67 and 75 are remotely controlled by a work bench control device provided in the work bench 35.
