PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring container with a stirring shaft having a seal coated with a fluororesin, to provide a shaft sealing structure and a method for producing a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The agitation container has the agitation shaft 1 which is held freely rotatably by the container, penetrates the wall of the container, and is fitted and an outer periphery seal member 23a. In the agitation shaft, the outer periphery seal member and a part positioned in the agitation container including an agitation shaft seal part 1a which is a part forming a seal 25 are coated with a fluororesin coating layer 22.
