摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing filler metal-clad aluminum alloy extruded tube for producing a heat exchanger having excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The outer surface of an aluminum alloy extruded pipe having a composition containing 0.7 to 1.2% Si and 0.1 to 1.2% Mn, if required, containing 0.1 to 0.5% Cu, if required, moreover containing one or two kinds selected from 0.05 to 0.3% Ti, 0.05 to 0.3% Zr and 0.03 to 0.5% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is coated with flux containing any brazing filler metal powder selected from Si powder, Al-Si based alloy powder containing 5 to 60% Si, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and Al-Si- Zn based alloy powder containing 5 to 60% Si and 5 to 40% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities to form a brazing filler metal-containing flux layer.
