PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which forms a plurality of blind cavities with the controlled diameter, shape and volume of an opening part at desired regions of resin moldings and shows a superb uniformity in terms of an intercavity shape and the like as well as a manufacturing method for the resin moldings. SOLUTION: The molding die comprises a back forming half 1, a surface forming half 2, and a resin injection pipe 6 and a pressure medium injection nozzle 5 which are arranged at the projecting parts 2a of the half 2. Both halves 2 and 1 regulate a cavity 4 and the vertical walls of the recessed parts of the half 1 function as wall parts for forming the surface of the moldings, while the surfaces of the projecting parts 2a of the half 2 function as wall parts for forming the back of the moldings. The half 1 is able to slide for displacement to the left and the half 2 is fixed. The nozzle 5 has its tip part recessed to the cavity face 2b of the half 2. A heat insulation layer is provided as a heat insulation layer 13 of the molding die and a heat insulation layer 14 of the nozzle 5 on the cavity face 2b and the tip part of the nozzle 5 respectively.
