PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detecting accuracy in installing a diametrally different tire. SOLUTION: This driving force distribution control device performs a size relationship discriminating step of discriminating the size relationship of a wheel speed of front and rear wheels 8 and 12, a count step of counting a continuous counter DAIK on continuing time of a state of discriminating as large in one wheel speed of the front and rear wheels 8 and 12, a relative value operation step of arithmetically operating a relative operation value VHI for indicating the relative relationship of front and rear wheel speeds on the basis of a speed difference between the front and rear wheel speeds, a diametral difference rate operation step of determining an average of the relative operation value VHI as a diametral difference rate value VHI-AVE when the count number of the continuous counter DAIK exceeds prescribed time and a different diameter judging step of judging it as installation of the diametrally different tire when the diametral difference rate value VHI-AVE indicates a prescribed value.
