PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the surface strength of a decorative sheet, using no vinyl chloride resin and having an embossed pattern formed by emposs processing so that the decorative sheet is hardly damaged at the time of use as a floor material or the like. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet S comprising a polyolefinic resin and having an embossed pattern 4 formed by emoss processing is constituted by laminating an upper layer 2 comprising a crystalline polyolefinic resin and a surface protective layer 3 comprising cured matter of an ionizing radiation curable resin on a lower layer 1 comprising an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer. A pattern layer 5 or the like is appropriately formed between the upper and lower layers by printing.
