PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill vessel preventing the siding of cosmetics and hardly causing deterioration in quality of the cosmetics by minimizing a space between an upper surface of the cosmetics and a net. SOLUTION: This refill vessel with a net A is a refill vessel formed out of a flexible synthetic resin material, composed of an upward opening vessel 1 for housing the cosmetics K and a net frame 2 by extending the net 2b to a locking ring 2a, and constituted by installing the net frame 2 so as to cover an opening part of the vessel 1, and is characterized in that an annular installing part 2c of the net 2b and the locking ring 2a is projected above the locking ring 2a, the upper end of the opening part of the vessel 1 is extended upward, and is drawn near to the annular installing part 2c.
