PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an annular stock for bearing ring capable of improving the yield of the material, and the productivity. SOLUTION: A large diameter cylindrical part 1 for an outer ring and a small diameter cylindrical part 2 for an inner ring are forged out of a steel bar in such a state that a part of the cylindrical parts is overlapped in the axial direction and connected to each other. The small diameter cylindrical part 2 is pressed inside the large diameter cylindrical part 1, and at the same time, a connection part J of both cylindrical parts is sheared leaving a part thereof, and then, end faces of both cylindrical parts 1 and 2 are simultaneously ground. After the cylindrical parts 1 and 2 are moved relatively in the axial direction and separated from each other, the large diameter cylindrical part 1 is expanded by the cold rolling operation.
