PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition including polymer having an improved oral absorbing property of a medicine which is an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This composition for oral or injection includes (1) a medicine and (2) a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and a methacrylate having repeating unit expressed by formula [1] and the molecular weight of the copolymer is >=5,000. [a is 0.03-0.10, b is 0.30-0.97, n is an integer >=2, R is H or OR' (R' is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an aromatic hydrocarbon group)].
