PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porcelain for high frequency wave able to control freely around the values, relative dielectric constant 20 or less, Q value 10000 (10 GHz) or more, temperature coefficient of resonance frequency 0 (ppm/ deg.C). SOLUTION: The high frequency wave porcelain contains Al, Ti and Mn as metal elements, found no Al2TiO5 phase by X-ray diffraction analysis and baked at 1310 deg.C or less. When it is represented by the composition formula (100-x-y)AlO3/2-xTiO2-yMnO (x and y are mol%), x and y are in the area of 3.0<=x<=9.0, 0.1<=y<=1.0, and the Q value at 10 GHz is 10000 or more.
