PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rough rice transplantion to be carried out without remodeling a transmission case of a transplanter. SOLUTION: A large-diameter gear G15 for input and plural change gears G13 and G14 are arranged on a transmission shaft 81 at the driving side of an inter-root speed-changing structure 80 arranged at the upstream side of the transmission of a power-taking out shaft 101, in parallel in the transmission case 8, and a shift gear SG2 meshed with either of the change gears G13 and G14 is mounted on a transmission shaft 82 at the following side. The gear 15 for the input is allowed to mesh with the small-diameter gear G16 in a traveling transmission system, and the transmission shaft 82 at the following side is interlocked to the power-taking out shaft 101.
