PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming die and a work inflow prevention method with the use of the press forming die, by which the inflow of a work in a direction of a trim punch and generation of a wrinkle at a cut part of the work due to the inflow of the work are prevented. SOLUTION: When the work 2 is press formed, the work 2 is held with a work restricting part 8 juxtaposed with a trim punch 4 and a work holding part 10 formed at a lower part of a trim die 6 and facing the work support part 8, the work 2 is prevented from pulling in a direction of the trim punch 4 and causing inflow of the work.
