PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen soft resin composition with due regard to the environment, which combines heat fusion property with an ABS resin with flexibility within a low temperature range, exhibits hardness and tensile strength required in practice, has a low density and is excellent in molding property, and a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: The soft resin composition comprises an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin having a vinyl acetate content of 40-90 wt.% and an acrylonitrile/styrene/rubber resin having a rubber component content of 35-85 wt.%.
