PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate vinyl resin having excellent flowability and the like by incorporating a specific metallic component to sufficiently inhibit the generation of static electricity. SOLUTION: The particulate vinyl resin comprises 0.0005-0.02 mass % at least one metallic component to be selected from Mg, Al, Ca, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zn, and Sn.
