METHOD FOR PRODUCING DRUG CONTAINING PHOSPHOLIPID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe formulation having slight irritation to an object of administration and further having a high content of a water-insoluble drug or a slightly water-soluble drug and to provide a simple method for producing the formulation. SOLUTION: This method for producing the water-insoluble drug or the slightly water-soluble drug coated with a phospholipid is characterized by mixing a solution containing the water-insoluble drug or the slightly water-soluble drug and the phospholipid in an organic solvent with an aqueous solvent, then emulsifying the resultant mixture, removing the organic solvent from the obtained emulsion and thereby forming a phopspholipid film on the surface of the water-insoluble or the slightly water-soluble drug.
