PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to manufacture a composite magnetic member capable of exhibiting a magnetic property more excellent than a conventional one even though a strain induced martensite quantity is same. SOLUTION: A stock 71 consisting of an austenitic stainless steel as well as having an austenitic structure is used, a strain induced martensitic structure, which is textured by conducting cold working of a strain ε below 0.7 for the stock 71, is formed so as to cause material flow toward the magnetic direction in the case of assembling a composite magnetic member into a magnetic circuit. Successively, stress relief annealing to decrease the dislocation generated in cold working is conducted at 250-550 deg.C. Further, by conducting a solution heat treatment to the formation of a non-magnetic part, a non-magnetic part of the austenitic structure is formed. |
