SOLUTION: An indefinite number of participants, who are grade holders, in a game skill certification competition meet one another by means of their respective terminals 20 through the game provided by a game developer's terminal 10. The results, such as the automatically kept record of the game of Go or Shogi, of the certification competition are transmitted to a registration organization 30, which transmits the above results to a game skill certification organization 40.
