<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-piece solid golf ball improved in flying performance, controllability and hitting feel. SOLUTION: This multi-piece solid golf ball comprises a core 4 consisting of an inner layer core 1 and an outer layer core 2 and at least one layer of cover 3 formed on the core. The inner layer core 1 has a diameter of 24-40 mm and a central hardness of 4-60 by JIS-C hardness, the surface hardness of the inner layer core 1 is larger than the central hardness by 20-40. The outer layer core 2 has a thickness 2.0-7.0 mm and a surface hardness of 75-90 by JIS-C hardness. The outermost layer cover of the cover 3 has a thickness 1.0-2.0 mm and a Shore D hardness of 40-63. When the central hardness by JIS-C hardness of the inner layer core 1 is A, the surface hardness thereof is B, the surface hardness by JIS-C hardness of the outer layer core 2 is C, and the thickness thereof is T, the expression: 0<= T (C-B)-(60-A)}<=10 is satisfied.</p> |
