<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal abandonment and dispersion of waste and always monitor legal scraping, in a disposal control method for waste. SOLUTION: Data showing the content of waste and data on a weight and/or a volume of waste are received at both a place where waste is discharged and a place where scraping disposal is effected. The data is fed to control server and only when coincidence between two data is confirmed, by sending a signal to permit scraping disposal to a scraping facility, dispersion of waste in the middle of transport is prevented from occurring.</p> |
