PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cool feeling-imparting deodorant cosmetic high in safety and capable of affording sufficient deodorant effect and moderate cool refreshing feel for a long period of time while suppressing the respective amounts of antiperspirant, germicide and-deodorizer used. SOLUTION: This cool feeling-imparting deodorant cosmetic is characterized by containing (A) 0.1-5 mass% of a cool-feel sustaining ingredient, (B) 0.01-2 mass% of a cool feeling-imparting substance and (C) 0.01-40 mass% of either one or at least two of an antiperspirant, a germicide and a deodorizer.
