PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well usable dry ice blast device that is reducible in overall device size, weight and cost and can execute proper blasting using dry ice particles. SOLUTION: The dry ice blast device comprises an air compressor 2, an air feed passage 3 for leading an airflow generated by the air compressor 2 to a nozzle 32, and a dry ice particle supply means 5, 6 for entraining dry ice particles D in the airflow. The air compressor 2 used is of a low-pressure type with an outlet-pressure of 1.2 to 2.5 atm. The dry ice particle supply means 5, 6 is arranged to entrain the dry ice particles D in the airflow upstream of the nozzle 32 in the air feed passage 3.
