PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the grinding without the interference of a grinding face C adjacent to a grinding face B, and a wheel spindle stock 22 holding a small grinding wheel G2 by inclining a rotating axis of the small grinding wheel G2 to a main spindle axis, and to improve the grinding efficiency by executing the grinding by means of a large grinding wheel G1 and the small grinding wheel G2. SOLUTION: This grinder for a non-complete round work piece W having recessed parts on its outer peripheral face comprises the small grinding wheel G2 having a diameter capable of grinding the recessed parts, and the large grinding wheel G1 having a diameter larger than the small grinding wheel G2. The rotating axis of the small grinding wheel G2 is inclined to the main spindle axis supporting the non-complete round work piece W.
