PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle which is used for an operation to simultaneously spray powdery fluorite and sulfuric acid at least at 100 deg.C and is excellent in wear resistance and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In the spray nozzle for spraying a fluid containing at least sulfuric acid and hydrogen fluoride in a treating zone where a gas and/or a liquid having corrosiveness is present, silicon carbide is used as a material for forming at least a nozzle surface.
