PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the comfortable bed environment by releasing heat and moisture from a human body to the outside of the bedding. SOLUTION: A main body 1 comprises a surface fabric 8 supporting the human body in direct contact with the human body, a space material 13 provided beneath the surface fabric 8, a cushioning material 14 provided beneath the space material 13, and a back fabric 9 provided beneath the cushioning material 14. The upper face of the surface fabric 8 is divided into an upper half face section 11 and a lower half face section 12 having air permeability for sucking air, and there is a difference in ventilation quantity between the upper half face section 11 and the lower half face section 12. The outer peripheral section of the main body 1 except for the surface fabric 8 is made airtight, and an intake unit 4 having an exhaust port 6 is provided at one corner of the main body 1 to be communicated with the air-permeable upper half face section 11 provided on the upper face of the surface fabric 8 via the space material 13 provided beneath the upper half face section 11.
