PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting system which can more certainly clean and disinfect an endoscope in a cleaning and disinfecting process by means of an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting device by causing electrolytic water to sufficiently exhibit its effect in the process. SOLUTION: In the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting system in which an electrolytic water generator 1 and the cleaning and disinfecting device 2 are combined with each other, a setting section which sets the effect of the electrolytic water is provided in the control section 3 of the generator 1 and a control section 4 which controls the cleaning of the endoscope 13 is provided in the device 2. The system transmits a control signal which controls the operating state of the device 2 according to the set value of the setting section to the control section 4 of the device 2. In addition, the control sections 3 and 4 of the electrolytic water generator 1 and cleaning and disinfecting device 2 are provided on the generator 1 side.
