<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling booth circulating water in a water based coating material recycling system, in which a more stable operation is practicable. SOLUTION: In the water base coating material recycling system for spray coating a water based coating material in a water curtain type coating booth, recovering the over-spayed coating material not stuck to a material to be coated into a booth circulating water vessel, separating and concentrating the coating material with an ultrafilter to store in a concentrating vessel as the concentrated coating material and taking out the concentrated coating material again at need to recycle after coloring again, the concentration of the solid portion in the booth circulating water used in the coating booth is controlled to 0-5 wt.%.</p> |
