PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating ease of an optometer and to reduce the size and weight of the optometer when the optometer is carried. SOLUTION: This optometer is provided with an optometer unit main body which inspects or measures eyes to be examined, a carrying case in which the main body is housed, and a frame section which is used for mounting the optometer unit main body. The optometer is also provided with a horizontal moving mechanism which moves the main body on the horizontal surface of the frame section and a vertical moving unit which moves the main body in the vertical direction. A partial or the whole body of the carrying case is used as the frame section. |
