PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine, with which the treatment by strength corresponding to symptoms or parts and treatment richer in variety can be realized and a treatment element does not disturb anything in no use by more suitably controlling force which acts on the part to be treated. SOLUTION: Knead balls (treatment elements) 201a-201d are supported by a treatment unit 110 movable along with guide rails 101L and 101R. The treatment unit 110 supports a roller supporting link 409 for vertical movement for supporting a roller 311 for vertical movement so as to freely rotate so that the link can be slid. By changing the oscillating angle of the roller supporting link 409 for vertical movement, the front/back position of the treatment unit 110 in respect to the guide rails 101L and 101R can be individually changed at upper and lower parts.
