PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite finishing machine capable of preventing the remaining of beard-like inferior parts on a product plate in cutting out the product plate from a workpiece. SOLUTION: The composite finishing machine 1 comprises a boring part 7 for forming holes on the workpiece W, and a cutting work part 8 for cutting the workpiece by means of cutting blades 11, 12 to cut out the product plate. Further a controlling means 17 is mounted for controlling the work on the basis of a working program 18. The working program 18 allows the next operation to be executed. The cutting work is executed at the cutting work part 8 in a state of allowing the cutting blades 11 and 12 to pass through the same part as a previously cut part of the workpiece W. When a part having the possibility of producing a fine inferior part from the product plate because of the dislocation of the cutting blades 11, 12, exists, a hole 20 for preventing the production of the inferior part is formed on the part by the boring part 7 before the cutting work.
