PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a photo-curable laminated sheet capable of being used for producing molded articles having good design, excellent in abrasion resistance, weatherability and chemical resistance, having no stickiness and excellent in processability and preservation stability. SOLUTION: The photo-setting resin composition comprises an acrylic resin (a-1) having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group in a side chain, a photoinitiator (a-2) and inorganic fine particles (a-3) and contains essentially no cross-linking compound except the aforesaid resin (a-1). The photo-curable sheet comprises a layer of the photo-setting resin composition (A) and a base material sheet (B). A photo-curable decorating sheet using the aforesaid photo- curable sheet, a photo-curable sheet for insert molded articles and a method for producing the insert molded articles are also disclosed in this invention.
