PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in quality with a longer life by reducing impacts on a detector. SOLUTION: Any one of an open-close body 6 and a member 3 against it is provided with a buffer body 23. When the open-close body 6 is closed, the open-close body 6 causes the buffer body 23 to absorb possible impacts. Thereafter, the detector 31 detects the closure of the open-close body 6.
