PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an improper interference with a belt guide while maintaining a guide function for preventing a neck of an occupant from coming closer to a seat belt. SOLUTION: One end 6a of the seat belt 6 is arranged to a rear side RR of a right or a left top 4a of a seat back 2, and the other end 6b is arranged to a vicinity of a waist part of the other of the right or the left of the seat back 2. A halfway point of the seat belt 6 can be guided by a belt guide 8 in a direction not adjacent to the neck 9a of the occupant 9. The belt guide 8 is comprised of a base part 10 and an arm 11. A base part 10 is arranged inside an upper part at the one side of the seat back 2 and supports the arm 11 to be rotatable in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle with an axis in a vehicle width direction being as a center. The arm 11 is extended to a surface side of the seat back 2 from the base part 10 to expose only a tip 11a, thereby catching the seat belt 6 to the tip 11a.
