PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an inner diameter dimension is changed by the external force applied as a result of cooling of a welded section. SOLUTION: When a metal bracket 12 is formed by mutually engaging respective protrusions and notches which are arranged at left/right side A, B of a metal plate, sections P-S astride adjoining protrusions are squeezed to a stripe shape to be indented, the stock pushed away from the indents P-S is supplied to a surrounding of respective protrusions, the adhesion between protrusions is increased to realize strong joining, further, a width of a root section in the protrusion at the side to be inserted from a joining direction is designed two holds of a width of a root section in the protrusion at the side to insert, thus, sufficient strength is given to a joining section. As a result, a change in an inner diameter dimension generated by the external force applied resulting from cooling of a welding section is suppressed.
