PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compatibility of heating ability and cooling ability by a hot gas heater in a vehicular refrigerating cycle provided with a heating function of the hot gas. SOLUTION: A low pressure side gas-liquid separator 35 for separating gas from liquid of a coolant and making a gas coolant suctioned by a compressor 10 is placed between an outlet side of an evaporator 32 and a suction side of the compressor 10 and the low pressure side gas-liquid separator 35 is provided with an oil return restriction passage 35a for making one portion of the liquid coolant suctioned by the compressor 10. A condenser 20 for condensing the gas coolant on a discharge side of the compressor 10 in a cooling mode is provided with a first heat exchanging portion 21 and a second heat exchanging portion 22 in the order of a flow direction of the coolant, and a high pressure side gas-liquid separator 23 for separating gas from liquid of the coolant is provided between the first heat exchanging portion 21 and the second heat exchanging portion 22.
