PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing container employing a squeeze bottle which can be appropriately used as an eyedropper which can reserve predetermined transparency if necessary, prevent an atmosphere from flowing into a content liquid housing to prevent bacteria from mixing and keep a sterile state even after the container is opened. SOLUTION: The dispensing container with a filter includes a delamination bottle 2 formed with a peelable inner layer 22 laminated on an internal surface of an outer layer 21 and a plug 3 mounted on a mouth 2a of the bottle 2. A vent hole 4 for introducing an atmosphere to between the inner layer 22 and the outer layer 21 is provided on the outer layer 21. A dispense path 10 for dispensing the content liquid received inside the inner layer 22 is provided in the plug 3. The dispense path 10 is equipped with a filter 7 and a check valve 8, wherein the filter 7 is placed on a dispensing downstream of the check valve 8.
